Donations to AWOTM are now Tax Deductible

We are thrilled to announce Afghan Women on the Move Inc. is now endorsed as a deductible gift recipient (tax deductible organisation).

This endorsement allows our organisation to receive donations which are tax deductible to donors and for us to be able to help and continue our mission to support our vulnerable community members.

A special thanks and appreciation to our two wonderful supporters Anthea Green, AWOTM Operation Manager and David Keegan CEO of HOST International and AWOTM partner organisation, for their amazing work on the application and guidance to our team to understand the rights and responsibilities for being a DGR endorsed organisation.

Donations to AWOTM go directly towards supporting migrant women to thrive in Australia. Given the circumstances of their recent trauma, we are particularly focused on providing practical and mental health support to women who are newly arrived from Afghanistan.
