Call for donations to support Learner Driver program for young Afghan women.
We are seeking your support for our Learn to Drive program, supporting financially disadvantaged young women to get their driver’s licence and help with securing employment.
Our program offers 10 learner classes to eligible young women.
Donating to Afghan Women On The Move
Your donation goes directly towards supporting migrant women to thrive in Australia and is tax deductable*. Given the circumstances of their recent trauma, we are particularly focused on providing practical and mental health support to women who are newly arrived from Afghanistan.
Supporting women arriving in Australia
We marshall support through our volunteer network to help newly arriving women and girls start their life here in Australia. Many women arrive alone, having experienced unimaginable trauma, with few possessions and without local connections. We are so grateful for all who make donations and volunteer their time.
