Caroline has over 30 years experience as an entrepreneur, business leader, senior accredited director, future of work thought leader and independent adviser to Fortune 500 companies.

While living and working in Asia for over 16 years she has navigated dynamic Western and Asian business environments, learning to balance risk, innovation, efficiency, and flexibility. As an independent director she emphasises collaboration, critical and reflective thinking, evidence-based decision-making, and adaptive strategies that enable flex and change. Remaining open while being accountable for tough decisions is a core leadership capability that she strives to demonstrate daily.

Caroline has had the amazing experiences exploring and experiencing remote and environmentally and culturally threatened parts of the world during the past 20 years which has reinforced her belief that environment, society, and governance (ESG) impacts are an ethical imperative for all organisations.
