Divya Pasupuleti

Divya is an accomplished executive leader with extensive global experience in the Telecommunications, Project Management and Not-for-Profit Industries.

She is known for leading complex business transformations, driving customer centric and innovative strategies that deliver sustained customer experience and tangible business results. She currently heads up Business Strategy, Transformation and Governance at a critical telecommunication infrastructure provider in Australia, with her work contributing towards empowering the digital backbone of the nation.

Divya is passionate about promoting and enabling diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and an advocate of the power of mentoring. She currently mentors the next generation of leaders at ABCN, Project Management Institute (PMI), National Association of Women in Operations (NAWO), RMIT University and NBN Co.

She is the Co-Chair for several C-Suite led DEI initiatives within current organisation including Gender Strategy and Cultural Diversity pillars, and an active chair for global programs including Women in Project Management program.

She is a current Board Director for Australian Gender Equality Council (AGEC), a not-for-profit that supports and promotes gender equality; and ‘Project Management Institute (PMI) Melbourne Chapter’- a global professional membership organisation dedicated to the advancement of project management excellence.

Divya is also an Advisory Council member for National Association of Women in Operations (NAWO), Victorian Multicultural Commission (VMC) and City of Casey.

Her work has been recognised through several awards, most recently as a ‘Global Impact Finalist' - Australia’s Stellar South Asian Women Awards 2023 by Australian South Asian Centre, 2022 and 2023 Recalibrate Gender Equity Awards - Senior Manager Category Finalist’ by Business in Heels.

Divya is a regular global keynote, conference, and panel speaker in the topics of project management, business transformation, gender equality, cultural diversity, female executive in STEM.
